Sunset Estate

I have taken retirement and would like to find a reasonable place in the sun, possibly real estate.Suggestions

Country needs to be safe for a woman on her own, not too expensive, have beautiful weather from Nov. to April, brillant sunsets, possibly community acitivities for 55+, near/at water i.e. ocean. Could be one of the great states of America or any other country south of Florida or South America. Even Spain, Portugal, France, etc..... Would like to hear from experienced persons who have either travel to, or lived in the suggested country or area. Thanks for your time and efforts.

1. Northern Missouri is good if you can stand the humidity. Or even Springfield Mo, or Branson Mo
2. The Italian Riviera. A great, beautiful place. Inexpensive too. Unlike the French Riviera.
